Returns

Terms

  1. For whatsoever reason, if you’re unhappy [unfortunately], place a request to return the product within 15 days of your purchase. You can drop us a mail if it’s beyond 15 days & we’ll see what we can do. 
  2. If returns are washed, soiled or visibly worn, we’ll have to refuse the return for obvious value issues. 
  3. If you feel you’ve received a defective product, send us an email** first. Once our customer support team approves it, we’ll run right back to you. 
  4. Don’t expect your gift-wrapping charges to come back with your refund if you return the goods. If you still need the replacement to be giftwrapped, get in touch with our team!
  5. We’d advise you to not return the order if you’ve no issues with it, largely in terms of quality. 

Process

  1. Login to your account > Choose your order > Select the reason > Click return

  2. In some cities we do not have the facility for reverse pick-up, so you’ll have to self-ship it. We’ll reward you with an exclusive voucher [nobody else gets that], which you can use on any of your purchase within 2 months.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Coupons
- Discount Vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. For cancellations, please reach out to us at igotstufftoshare@sarcose.com.

  2. In case you cancel your order while it's in transit, you will have to place a return request after accepting the order. Your amount will then be refunded back to you in your respective account in 5-10 working days, unless you've opted for COD, in which case a voucher of the relevant amount will be given to you. That voucher should be redeemed within the next 3 months on our website. Since the order would be in transit, the shipping cost of Rs. 50/- will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

  3. If you cancel your order before we ship it to you, we'll refund the amount back to you within 5-10 working days to your relevant payment method, unless it's COD.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at igotstufftoshare@sarcose.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amazeem@sarcose.com and send your item to: Thoughtchefs, 402, 4th floor, 6th Avenue, Nr. Mithakali Six Roads, Navrangpura, 402, 380009 Ahmedabad GJ, India. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Do consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
